Mobile Device Enrollment in Altiris

This issue has been solved. See solution.
I have got my Altiris Client Management Suite running on Windows Server 2008 R2 with the Mobile Management Suite installed. I tried to enroll an iOS device with the app store app, but it said login failed. Curious, I checked out the URL in my browser and I noticed that there is no /Altiris/MobileEnrollment/ folder! I did try repairing the install and reinstalling twice now, but there is still no folder. Does anyone here have any ideas?
