    Hi support team,

Since few days I’m trying to install Mobile Management. I have Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard and SQL Server 2008R2 (64bit) Express. I’m getting always CRL readiness check error.

I have checked this for and behind proxy. In both cases the same.  I have tried to change machine.config file for .NET from following solution,

    http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=HOWTO9585

also without success. What can I do more, to install it?

    Best Regards

    Arkadiusz

Did you try the 'Fix' button that's included during the installation?  This should have resolved the CRL issue for you.  If you did try the 'Fix' button, what was the result?

A closer look at the server log may reveal more information about what went wrong with that installation attempt. Have you tried to download the MSI file again for the installation? I am aware about cases where a corrupt MSI file was the reason for that behavior.

    Hello Arkadiusz,

we could hold a remore session to investigate this a bit further. Unfortunately the log files does not deliver a direct hint to a possible cause of the issue this time.
Do you have an entitlement to open a support case? We could arrange the remote session then right away?

    Hi Arkuadiusz,

It seems that you are running a German OS. If that is the case try to switch your Regional and Language Settings to English and rerun the "Installationsbereitschaft erneut prüfen". If this doesn´t solve the CRL error try the following:

To enable the Next button if any of the install Readiness checks fail:
    Add the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Altiris\AIM\InstallReadinessCheck\
to the registry. Create a DWord called EnableNextbutton and set the value
     to 1.

The second is not a real solution it´s more a workaround...

    Hope this helps.

    Hey guys, thanks a lot.

I succeeded after I changed location and language to US/English.  This was a great suggestion network23. Anyhow this was a problem of installation manager. So far so gut J

    Greetings to all
