  • 1.  Mobile Management Suite 7.1 Exchange ActiveSync policy error

    Hi Everyone,

    I have Mobile Management solution 7.1 installed but while configuring Exchange Active Sync in the console I am facing a error.

    "Error in getting policies:The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send."

    For more info please go through attachment Error1.jpg.

    And EAS App pool policies also not invoked in the .XML files please go through the attachment Error2.jpg.

    Are you using MMS 7.1 SP2?  The SP2 release includes several EAS-related fixes that previously were only available from a hotfix.

    Are you using Exchange Server 2007 SP1+ or Exchange Server 2010?  Exchange Server 2003 and Exchange Server 2007 RTM are not supported.

    Hi Mike,

    I am using MMS 7.1.2132 and Exchange server 2007 SP3.

     

    But my issue is resolved. It was problem with IIS, I made some changes in IIS where "edit bindings" https 443 edit from "not selected" to my server name and all the policies are listed in the Exchange Active Sync.
