Hi All,

I am unable to enroll an Android 4.0 Device on Mobile MGMT 7.2. I am getting an error "Supplied credentials are invalid", whereas I am using the valid credentials.

Just to give some overview of my Environment, We were using Altiris CMS and we have just added Mobile Management in our infrastructure. This is the first device which we are trying to enroll. We have CA running on the other server but we have SCEP on the Altiris server.

Any suggestions?

Please check how you are entering the credential for eg..

Could you try to use this below style?

Username: - domain\username.

Password: - password

And also is it with same user or with all user and any other devices also have same issue.

And also check the Google GCM and API key mention on Mobile management server ?.

This issue is resolved now. I forgot to add authentication Server settings after adding these settings from SMC > All Settings > Mobile Management > General Enrollment Settings > Added Authentication Server settings.
