Mobile Security Policy - Failed to download new policy - Actions Queued

On my Android > Mobile Security Client when I click "refresh policies and activity"  I get error: failed to dowload new policy"

Server name there shows: (which is published on the internet)

On Symantec Server > Mobile Seucrity >Settings > Mobile Security Gateway > when I edit my server on the rigth pane, Server: myitnernalserver and external host is

Under Mobile Security > Device Management > Manage Android Devices> when I double click on my device .... under Actions Tasks ... I see Actions Queued and not getting anywhere.

Any ideas?  Thanks ,

Under my Security Policy > Communications Tab > Server Communications > Set "

Device check in frequency for actions to 5 minutes

This seems to have returned ... it just stopped working the next day ....

Still battling with this issue ...
