Has anyone had success changing and adding pages to the mobile viewer in SD 7.1? I think its a great idea to be able to view tasks an processes on an iPhone or an iPad, for example, and my techs are really looking forward to that feature but there are some things that I'd like to change and/or add. For one I've renamed the reports that are being pulled in and would like to change how they are titled on the mobile devices and I am also developing a simple incident submission page as well and would love to get that added to the menu as well.

As a complete aside, I think mobile devices are starting to play a huge roll in this industry and of Symantec should seriously be considering apps to go along with these products. Can you imagine for Barcode Solution to be able to have an iOS app that uses the camera to capture the barcode instead of needing a proprietary barcode scanner! And a whole lot more........

As is the case when I post something like this, I have at least figured out where the pages are and how to add more so now I need to simply finish creating and then add the mobile Incident submission form...I actually like how the advanced ticket looks and works on an iPad, the only issue is that the Description box, because it is using an HTML editor and is not plain text, won't work. If I can work around that, this will be awesome!
