Modify existing ServiceDesk web part

Is it possible to modify a web part provided by the ServiceDesk install such as "Process Contacts"? I would like to modify the fields offered for display by this web part. Is it a workflow project? If so, can end users get access to it? If not, how would one start to develop a similar web part using workflow?

I think those web parts are encapsulated
We couldn't find it in any of the workflow, will appreciate if someone knows more and provide the information/ update here.
We will like to develop our own Open Process Web Part too, the redirect bug is driving our users nuts. :)
I'm dieing to modify the web
I'm dieing to modify the web part 'Process Contacts' to add specific values. it's killing implementation of the product for us. The only thing I can think of is to actually create a new web part.
We've recreate our own version of open process web part
Given up waiting, we've recreate one of our own. It's not as fancy and requires 2 clicks instead of one but at least it's not redirecting my users to another random ticket.
