Data Loss Prevention

Hello,

Currently my DLP platform is running in monitor only mode but i noticed we don't get incident notificatio when someone uploads files to dropbox or via skype.

I have setup application monitoring but for both dropbox and skype but they seems not to be tracking anything.

We don't want to black just to track.

Please assist.

Tried the solution in the threads but they are not working. see attachment for configs

A couple of questions:

What version of DLP are you on?

Do you have application control checked in the Endpoitn Agent configuration?

After adding Dropbox to the Applications being monitored did you update the configuration and how long did you wait for this to take affect

it worked after i enabled the application file access under agent configuration.
