    OK - I got the apllication useage agent installed on just about most machines. I create a new policy test to monitor useage of MS Communicator.

    I jumpt onto a client and update configuration. check the logs and see this :

This situation should be resolved once the agent rollout has been completed.]]></event> 

    Is this suggesting the agent is not installed .... But it is!

    Any ideas?
