Is it possible to build custom application maps in SMS?

We want to build several dashboards with several devices and services to monitor critical applications.

Ex.

Application 1 consists of:

2 SQL Servers (2 specific databases);

2 Windows 2008 Servers (2 specific websites inside IIS);

2 Network Switches (LAN and MPLS)

Is it possible to build an application mapping?So i can monitor all the related services/devices from a single view/dashboard?

Something like livemaps for system center...
