  • 1.  Monitoring Facebook on Prevent Web

    Hi,

    I have a customer with DLP 12.5 and Prevent Web installed.

    I need to create a rule for monitoring all posts and chat on Facebook.

    How can I do this?

    Hello,

     If your prevent server are already configured to monitor only POST request, you just have to add a policy which detect POST done to *.facebook.com.

     I cannot check now but if POST to facebook are done via HTTPS, it means you will need some hardware to decrypt SSL before sending request to your DLP prevent server.

    I configure my proxy server to intercept HTTPS traffic and it worked!
