Hi Kamil,
CommandCentral does not provide the capability of configuring VVR. I would suggest to consider Storage Foundation Manager, a tool for centralized management of the entire SF environment for your needs. For more information regarding SFM, please visit http://www.symantec.com/business/storage-foundation-manager or contact your Symantec sales representative. Hope this helps...

Centralized High Availability Management
Fully integrates with the rest of the VERITAS high availability technologies. With
CommandCentral Availability software, you can manage clusters running VERITAS
Cluster Server and VERITAS Storage Foundation for Oracle RAC. Additionally, you can
manage and monitor resources as they relate to VERITAS Volume Replicator.
Use Storage Foundation Manager 2.0
Kamil,
You can manage Storage Foundation (including Veritas Volume Replicator) very easily using a free solution called Veritas Storage Foundation Manager 2.0.
Here's a blog post that lists the latest features and benefits of this product. Also listed in the blog post is a series of screencasts that show step by step how to set up and use Storage Foundation Manager:
