Monitors and reports all show 'No information'
Updated: 21 May 2010 | 6 comments
Running ver 11.0.3001.2224 of SEPM and clients. We're getting definitions on a daily basis with no problems but all options under Monitors show "No Information"
Thanks.

Have you had any Risks or any of the prereqs for the other views available detected recently?
Remember that the Monitors Summary page only shows data for the past 24 hours.
Hope that helps!
No everything equals "No Information". Under Reports, Summary Type = "AntiVirus and TruScan Proactive Threat" everything = "No Information".
Same thing for Network threat Protection, and all the other options. It has never shown us anything and now we are loading up client (over the last 2 weeks) and so I expected it at some point to start showing some data.
We're seeing the same issue here... did you ever get this resolved?
How about compliance or site status choices?
We've got over 300 computers, a dozen servers and also see no information under ALL choices, all fields except compliance, ( compliance status distrubution shows info, otherwise all no information) and site status (top error generators by clients shows some info, otherwise no information)
Other choices all show "no information".

Just checked... I do have data shown under compliance and site status selections. Although who knows whether or not its accurate since about half of our clients incorrectly report as being out of date.
Wondering if anyone has
Wondering if anyone has discovered an fix for this. I updated the SEP server from MR4MP2 to RU5. Prior to the upgrade I had data showing in the Monitors Summary area. Since the upgrade they all show "no information". Additionally, I've noticed some, but not all of the reports also return no information and the main page dashboard risk/attacks/infections chart no longer displays any data.
The Main dashboard shows virus definition distribution just fine. I can pull data in the Monitors Logs computer status. I've restarted IIS serveral times and verified the ODBC connection to the external database.
