For two months we have not had any viruses or risks detected according to our endpoint manager. I even searched for the past year and it brought up no detected risk. I know that this is impossible.  So I downloaded the eicar test file to my PC.  Symantec picked up the eicar file and deleted it automatically. I looked at the risk log in the local machine and saw the risk there.  I waited all day to see if the virus would show up on the endpoint manager and it has not.  My PC appears to be communicating with the management server. I have tried doing a repair install on the manager and running the configuration wizard.   This did not resolve the issue.  I also ran the symantec help file on both the server and the client and that didn't help. There server has been rebooted and the issue is still there.  It seems like the clients are doing their job and the risks are being logged on the local PC but the manager is either not recieving that information or is unable to display that information.  Any suggestions about troubleshooting are appreciated.

If you check the Policies tab >> Client Log Settings for your groups I assume they're all set to send logs to the SEPM?

What is the exact version here, clients and SEPM?

Yes, each of the boxes is checked to send logs to the manager.

    The manager is version 12.1.5 (12.1 RU5) build 5337 (12.1.5337.5000)

    The client is version 12.1.5 (12.1 RU5) build 5337 (12.1.5337.5000)

Are you seeing other logs from clients such as System logs, traffic, logs, etc...or no logs at all?

I can see some logs under the monitors.  For example I can see that the PCs are communicating with the server in the Client-Server Activity Log and the Client Activity.  The computer status monitor is working as well.
