  • 1.  Monitors tab and all reports "No information"

    I am trying to figure out why the most of the items in the Monitor tab of the Manager Console show 'No Information.' The 'Compliance Status Distribution' is the only one that seems to have any data.

    Has anyone seen this before or have any ideas of what I can check to see why SEP manager is not monitoring everything it should be?

    How many clients do you have?

    It looks like no risks have been detected on your clients. If you go to the Logs tab and check the Risk log does any other info show?

    The Summary tab of the Monitors view is only showing the events of the past 12 or 24 hours. You can change the setting in the Home page: Preferences > Home and Monitors > Time range.

    If there are no incidents within the past 12/24 hours, all is working fine.

    I have about 1950 clients and I changed Tab Time range is Past week but the report is "no data"

    What about checking the Risk log, does any data show there?
