Monthly Backup Getting Failed

Hi All,

Myself new to Symantec Backup Exec and need solution for below issue.

Monthly backup is getting failed for Windows 2003 server with below error.

Job Completion Status
Job ended: Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 10:45:53 PM
Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xe000848c - Unable to attach to a resource.  Make sure that all selected resources exist and are online, and then try again.
Final error category: Resource Errors

Backup- ZETA
Unable to attach to ZETA. V-79-57344-33932 - Unable to attach to a resource. Make sure that all selected resources exist and are online, and then try again.

Is the resource ZETA still available ? If yes, do ensure the remote agent service is running and ndmp port 10000 should be open as well.

If running any AV, set it to exclude from scanning BE processes.
