MOSS backup error.

Hi,
I'm trying to backup my MOSS farm with varying degrees of success. I have managed to work through the numerous issues so far and seem to have just 1 issue left.
When I perform the backup, it errors on the SSP and provides a link as to the cause of the error:
This is the exact error I am having and states that if there is a space in the name of the SSP, then the backup will fail. (out of interest, under the workaround section, there is no workaround :-)
The problem is, I don't have a space in the name of my SSP. The backup just won't work.
Can somebody please help.

What version of BE are you running? We upgraded to BE 12 from 11d and this issue was resolved (we do have a space in our SSP name). Only after installing the following hotfixes and updating all remote agents:
