Move Archive Point from NAS to SAN

We have a file server archive point on a Win2003 NAS box and want to move it to a Win2003 server using iSCSI SAN storage. The target is an EqualLogic device, not a NetApp or EMC.
 
If anyone has done something similar and has any advice I would appreciate it.

As both are Win2k3, probably NTFS, you should be able to use FSAUtility:

The following command moves the placeholders from the first folder to the
second folder.
FSAUtility -m -s \\myserver\users\user1 -d \\sample\share\user1
