Move FSA Vault to a new Vault server in 8.0 sp5

Howdy all,
have been reading a few threads on this forum about moving archives but there seems to be little data on moving an FSA archive - has anyone done one from go to woe, preferrably in an 8.x environment?
Am thinking we'll need to restore all archives from vault to the live File shares, remove the archive points, and then re-archive from scratch?

Sounds like you got the workflow down. You can use FSAUtility to do the restore.

Make sure you have room on the file server to accommodate the data.
