We are running a NBU 6.5.4 Windows 2003 environment with one Master and two Media servers. Recently we moved our LTO3 robot from the master server over to a new media server. While this robot will perform backups and restores just fine. It will no longer vault as it always has.

Under the vault settings we changed the robot control host to its new host. The vault job runs with all status of 0 and finish ok. In the end, it does not eject any media though. Nothing in the actual vault policy or script has changed. Why is the robot no longer vaulting its media?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
