Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition

I moved SEP Small Business Edition ( v12) to a new server with a new IP address today, following this document:

When I view the client computers through the Manager they are all showing offline?!

I followed a couple of other documents about importing key files, but they don't apply to my version.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

1. How many machines do you have in the network
2. If more than 10 please run sylink drop in the network (from tools folder )
3. or call support they will provide you sylinkreplace for client communication

Hi Bill,

Swapnil's advice above is accuarte.  All that should be necessary is dropping the sylink file exported from the new server to those clients.  I recently used SylinkReplace is a similar situation with excellent results.

sylinkreplacer worked like a champ!  It wasn't in the Tools folder, but I was able to download it from this Symantec link:
