Hello,
I need to move BE 12.5 media server from a box Win Srv 2003 R2 32bit to a new box Win Srv 2003 R2 64bit with Exchange 2007 installed on.
I am wondering if it could be an issue installing BE 12.5 and Exchange Server 2007 in the same server.

That can be done but bear in
That can be done but bear in mind that BE will take CPU, Memory and Disk Space - lots of disk space if you are intending to GRT backup the Exchange Information Stores
Biggest problem you are going to have is if you need to take the job and media information from the current BE server as it is not a simple proecess to do this.

To expand a little on Colin's response
if you are planning on disk based GRT backups, If/When you lose the Exchange Server, you would lose all your backups also
if you can squeeze it into the budget, I would HIGHLY recommend a dedicated backup server, or at least put it on a File Server, not a database server.
