Hello!

When we renewed our endpoint agreement we decided to deploy to a new server.  The server inmplimentation seems to go well and client deployment pushes out the software however any client that already had the client installed from the previous server does not show up as a managed client on the new server.  I told the client package to overwrite existing installation settings on the clients bit apparantly this didn't work.  Anyone have any ideas?

Communication issue

There might be many reason for this issue.
Since it is a new server so even the set of permissions would be new.
IIS or OS might be hardened..
Sylink Monitor logs would really help in this case.
