MS Exchange licensing on BUE 2010

Hi, Newbie here. I have 2 x exchange servers on my network. Do I need 2 x Exchange agents for BUE?

Yes you do...that legalises you backing up 2 Exchange servers in terms of Symantec's licensing requirements.
You don't need a Remote Agent for Windows Servers agent though, as the agent for Exchange ships with this as part of it...so 2 x Exchange licenses is it...
