MS Outlook can't sending or receiving email after installed SEP11

Hi all
Please help.. after installed SEP11 on some pc.
MS Outlook program on thier pc had the error when sending or receiving the email. Everytime i must disable SEP before sending and receiving the email on MS Outlook. Then re-enable again.
How to resolve this error?

Sounds like the MS outlook plug-in is having a problem.
Try disabling the Outlook email protection via Antivirus and Antispyware policy.

What version of SEP are your clients running?
version 11.0.4202.75 (MR4
version 11.0.4202.75 (MR4 MP2)
but some pc are runing trialware (MR4 MP2)
Have any error on some version?
add/remove programs
in the add/remove programs you can change your Sep. Please try uninstall outlook protect (as Jeremy said) and try it please.
Everything works better when everything works together.
I recall an earlier version
I recall an earlier version having issues with Outlook but cannot recall exactly what the details were behind the issue.
