MS09-005 still show vulnerable after successful install

We have 160 pc's that need the kb955655 . 12 of them are showing as compliant after a successful install but we have another 100+ that keep running the update daily. The update runs and exits with a success, but they still show as vulnerable. Anyone else seeing the same behavior?

This is a known issue: AKB45851.
For now, once you have confirmed installation, disable the Update in your patch Task.
