  • 1.  MS09-060 - KB973709 is not installing

    Did somebody encounter that the patch mentioned in title did not install on the client PC? I have checked vulnerability report and this patch is not mentioned there and according MBSA scanning the patch is missing. New PMimport did not solve the issue.

    I have tried on below setups and this is working fine at our end.

     Visio Viewer 2007 SP2

    Could you please provide me more information like what are the office components  installed  on your system? It will help me to reproduce the incidence.

    We have added pre-requisite for Office 2007 SP1 and 2007 SP2. It is reflected in the latest cab PMImport v X.X.1301.1

    I am sorry that I did not provide your information. We are using Office 2007 SP2. I have checked it now and the patch is installed and viewing Visio documents is working.
