MS12-055 failed

This issue has been solved. See solution.
Hi,
since the last days we've the Problem, that the Patch MS12-055 tries to reinstall and failed after 5 attemps.
If I install the update manually, the Windows installer comes up with the following error (see attached file).
Any ideas.

Hi,
I've not seen the cache, nor the install log files but a probably cause could be that you have installed MS12-075 that supersedes MS12-055.
Can you check for this?

I've checked the installlog.csv the MS12-075 isn't installed.
Also the bulletin isn't downloaded.

Thank you for the provided files. I have reproduced same issue - actually there is long chain of superseded updates and it looks like KB2731847 should be detected as superseded :
According to your logs, KB2778930 from MS13-005 is installed on your machine.
Installed KB2778930 replaces KB2779030 (from MS12-078)
KB2779030 replaces KB2761226 (from MS12-075)
KB2761226 replaces affected KB2731847 (from MS12-055)
Patch Data team was informed about this issue.

But some of the Bulletins from the MS12-055 are still active and in use.
