MS12-A07 Unable to download/distribute
When attempting to set up a policy for Microsoft Security Advisory MS12-A07, only 5 of 6 updates will download, so the policy creation fails. I was able to identify the failing download as http://download.microsoft.com/download/1/2/D/12D65C3C-B1E0-4519-AAB5-4D099B374CA8/WindowsXP-KB2661254-x86-ENU.exe because I can see it retrying this URL 3 times. This appears to be a Mircosoft issue. When I plug the URL into a browser, I get a file download diablogue box. However, clicking save kicks out an error, "Unable to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later." What has to be done to get this corrected? Does Symantec need to contact Microsoft?
