The IsInstalled Rule is not accurately targeting - PMImport 7.1.488 - German Language for Windows & Office Installation

When run the .exe manually I get the Info already installed.

The Exit Code is 17025. Not fixed in PMImport Version: 7.1.495
Do the updates display an Exit Code in the GUI or in the InstallLog.csv file? That exit code will aid in troubleshooting this issue further.
If you find the Exit Code 17025; review KM: TECH180083; otherwise, a case for each separate Software Update issue will be needed for review by Tech Support.

Review KM: TECH180083, and if this fails to resolve the issue; a separate support case will need to be opened for each affected Software Update.
I used the PMRuleEvaluator.exe for gather the data required for rules issues and will create a support case for it.
