I also see it is available for deployment in my lab and confirmed the Bulletin was not Superseded just to be sure, for if you are looking in a Home Patch Report (Compliance Report); it will not be listed if it is not applicable to Clients in the environment.

You may review TECH198736 to see if it is present in your Patch Remediation Center (PRC) or the database.

If MS15-059 is not present in the PRC; review the PMImport and ensure it is running without errors (location outlined on HOWTO56242 section #3). Ensure the 'Vendors and Software' > Microsoft vendor for 'Office' settings are enabled for these Software Update types.

as far as I see, after importing a "Microsfot Office 2013", "MS15-059" is available.
