Monitor Pack for SQL Server Basic

Joseph,

I have imported the Monitor Packs for SQL, Exchange and Netbackup Server Basic onto my server and now I get the following error in the Console when I click upon them. I have checked my licence and they are all correct. Why might I get this and has anyone else had this happen to them?

Regards,

QuietLeni

Server Error in '/Altiris/AeXMonitor' Application

Hi All,

Just a note that the above error was resolved by the following step.

1)     Deleting the Microsoft Certificates in the Altiris Licensing certificates folder and re-importing the licence keys.

If the above does not work please contact Symantec Support.
