Looks like you are having some comms problems with exchange which could be MAPI or GC related. What we could do with is a DTRACE of the archivetask and agentclient broker.

The A3 queue is used when an admin does a manual run now on a mailbox or mailboxes so this queue can be purged with no problems.

So:-

1. Setup DTRACE

2. Purge A3 queue
3. Try a manual archive

4. Try to enable or disable a user

5. Send log

I am presuming that you are the same person who has logged a case that Andrew is dealing with in the APJ region. Either that or there are 2 poeple with the exact same problem.

Verify that you installed Outlook 2003 on the EV server with CDO.

Everything was working perfectly without any problem after doing all the testing as per our requirement & all of sudden we realized that it stop working with one of the Exchange Server i.e. EXCH.
