Do you using SSIM for auditing MSSQL database ? Please share your experiences.

SSIM does not know collect this kind of logs (but as L3 support said, they are working on this collector), but maybe somebody of you have own scripts/collectors for this.

I'm working on this scenario:

1) MSSQL save audit logs to trace file on original server
2) Own script gathers logs from trace file via SQL and save them to plain text file
3) On plain text file hangs created collector

What version of SQL are you trying to collect from?

There are supported collectors for MS SQL. 2000 and 2005. Or are you specifically talking about the Audit Logs of SQL?

Right now the collector only

Right now the collector only collect errorlog from sql server. There is a collector in work for the trc file, but it will be a different sensor type.
