MSSQL policy deactivating

Hello,
Today I was monitoring my backups, and I see that all mssql-online policies was deactivated, I try to activate them all and pressing F5 the policies become deactivated again,
something about license?
where should I see if that is true?

License deactivate policies
Yes,
the problem was the licensing,
We have migrating the server to a new one, the mssql licence keep an older license,
I don't know how does it works for a month w/ an old license.
