  • 1.  Multiple domains, one SEE mgmt server

We are trying to consolidate our resources and want to use one SEE mgmt server. We have multiple Active Directories. Domain B trusts Domain A (one way), and the SEE server is in Domain A. Clients on Domain A check in fine using SSL on the web server. Domain B clients do not. It seems that the web server is asking for credentials since its set to Basic Auth, which I suppose is right since it uses an IIS service account. Domain B clients trust the SSL certificate issuer (internal CA on Domain A). Why doesn't this work? I feel like I'm missing something obvious...

try starting with the configuration manager and adding domain B using the plus sign as shown. You also could try adding a management console on a domain B computer(then deploy package) then pointing it to the same db that domain A is using.
