  • 1.  Multiple Logins required for SD with SSL enabled

    Hello everyone, when attempting to access ServiceDesk externally, I'm being prompted to authenticate before entering SD credentials.

    If I cancel or otherwise close this box, I can then log in normally.  Any ideas on why this box is popping up and how to prevent it?

    Try adding servicedesk website to local or trusted IE sites?  if you have the domain name as part of the address add that with a wildcard.

    Kevin - turns out this was the correct action to take.  The problem was that it didn't work when testing from a Windows Server 2008 R2 OS, so after about 2 weeks of troubleshooting the issue, a colleague tested from a Windows 7 workstation and sure enough, this solved the issue.  The problem still isn't resolved on the server, but that has little effect on the end users.
