  • 1.  Multiple risk notices reporting random IP address for same device

    Hi, we are receiving multiple risk notices for the same machine that are reporting different IP addresses.  Every time we receive a risk notice for a device, we get 5 notifications for each detection, and it gives us 5 different IP addresses for the same computer.  What is causing this and is it easy to fix?  We are running version SEP 12.1.671.4971.

    Can you share a screenshot?

    You're on the first version of 12.1. an upgrade to the latest ya fix it but would have to go back thru release notes

    Hi Dan,

    We are running version SEP 12.1.671.4971.

    Definitely upgrade- that release is years old.  SEP 12.1 RU5 will be released soon.
