  • 1.  my SEERemovableStorageAccessUtility won't start does not open.

    I am trying to open SEERemovableStorageAccessUtility.exe to decrypt files onto my home laptop, However this application is not opening up and when i try to open it twice a window pops up saying 'it is already open'. Please help me as i need that encrypted data on my home laptop asap.

    anki9111, what version is this utility and do you have SEE RS currently installed on this endpoint? You may want to try a new user account on this endpoint to remove the possibility of a user account issue.

    Greetings anki9111,

    Are you abel to get your Encrypted data back .

    Possble cause could surely be a Permission concern on the accounts .
