My Support Account

Hi Frnds,

We are using Symantec Endpoint protection and I have Symantec My Support Account.

But whenever I try for log in then its ask for Account Validation.

It asks for Technical Contact Id OR Support Number OR Technical Case Id.

From when I can get this ?

I have 350 license of Symantec SEP.

Have you recieved any Support Contract Certificate(PDF file) from Symantec.

Above certificate contains all the required information else you may contact customer service.
