My Support Doesn't Work

Everytime I log into My Support, it redirects me to:

https://mysupport.symantec.com/homeredirect.html

...which fails.  How do I open a record for an antivirus issue?

I tried the other URL.  I created the case and once I got to the last page of the case creation, it forwarded me to the https://mysupport.symantec.com/homeredirect.html page and failed again on me.

I'm getting the same issue. It appears the site is having issues. I would try back again later. Or place a call if it is urgent.

The site sometimes indeed not stable... or it could be down due to maintenance...

nothing can be done once its down, if you have an urgent case(s),,,please call Symantec

I have been trying for almost a week to create a support case.  Late yesterday (10/23/2012 CDT) I discovered that the "Customer Support" tab on the "Select a Category" page worked.

I encountered many links that ended up at the "Select a Category" page.
