My Task List Does not shows only tasks/tickets assigned to me

    Hi,

    I am teting ServiceDesk 7.6 for my environment I have created Tickets which assigned to Defaault Service Queue and this Queue has Technicians Now service manager asigned a ticket to a technician when that technicians clicks on My Task Lists it shows all tickets assigned to Default Service Queue but I want that this My task List only shows all those tickets thatse are assigned to this technician.

    Can any one point me which report is that or how to do.

    My Task List (page)

     Task Viewer

    This is from

    Folder_0.png Default

      Report (S).png Task Viewer

        Lists all tasks assigned to the logged in user has been assigned, either directly or from groups or org units to which they belong

    This has the Assigned To Me checked which includes the above, you could create a copy of this report and uncheck these options,

     

    You could use:

    Folder_0.png Task Reports

      Folder_0.png Admin Task Reports

        Report (S).png Tasks Grouped By Assignment (for administrator)
