I have been trying to use the Symantec MySupport Technical Support site for months, since about last November, and it never works. Logging in to my account is fine, but the "Create Case" and "Manage Case" links bring me to a page which asks for Technical Contact Id, Support Number, or Technical Case Id. None of these options prevent the "MySupport Application Error" page from always coming next.
