MySupport Application Error

Forgive me if i've made mistake to create post here.

Everytime i try to logging in https://mysupport.symantec.com/login.html this error appear. Anyone can help?

**FYI my browser is IE8

I would try running IE in Safe Mode, here is a link on how to do it, if you dont know how. http://www.mitchellenright.com/2010/12/28/internet...

If that doesn't work try either Mozilla or Chrome browsers.
