MySymantec Oddities After Merge
I was told Symantec merged the MySymantec Customer and Technical Support webpages. However, I filled in my fax number and the system always ends up putting it in the Mobile field when updating my Contact Info. Also, my Account Info has a generic name where I see about 5000 miscellaneous contacts on MySymantec. Am I the only one seeing these oddities in the MySymantec Manage/Create Case pages?
FINALLY got this resolved
FINALLY got this resolved where tech support found that my SymAccount wasn't linked to my Company Name so a generic Customer Account Name is used instead. I was told a few customers were affected after Symantec merged the Customer and Technical Support pages.
