NAC appliance is acquiring virtual server mac addresses

    i have setup nac in LAN enforcer mode and it is connected on a switch in a subnet that has virtual servers. i noticed on the ARP table on the router that the NAC appliance acquires the mac address of one of the virtual servers which results in the NAC being unreachable on the network.

    what could be the problem and how can i resolve it?

    how can i get the NAC upgrade OS. It has version 11
