Hi, I would like to know the definition for NAV 7.6 on Windows 95 can still be used ?
as we have some Windows 95 PCs with NAV 7.6 installed and pointed to a NAV 10 central server for updating definition, I found that those windows 95 PC can download DAT from the parent server, but virus definition info in the program still show up with 2001/12/29 ( as attached Picture ), btw, after I reboot the PC, there will be a exclamation mark comes up on the NAV yellow shield icon, and so on the Real Time Protection no longer active, I try to active it, but it failed !
those NAV 7.6 can be updated newly DAT through our parent server one month before, but now just cannot update with this problem. ( I tried to re-install NAV 7.6 many time, but the probem still comes up!)
if it cannot update through NAV 10.0 parent server, is there any way to manually update DAT for the Windows 95 with NAV Corporation 7.6 installed ? in fact, do Symantec still have DAT for NAV 7.6 on Windows 95 PC ?
