Norton AntiVirus for Macintosh 10.1.2 was released on January 18, 2007- more than 4 years ago. I believe that the End Of Life (Start Date) passed on 7/6/2010---- it would be an excellent idea to look into upgrading to the latest release and making sure that any subscription/license is up to date:
