NBU 5.0 MP4 using an LTO4 drive

This issue has been solved. See solution.
Client sent an Overland storage unit with an LTO4 drive.NBU does not have a listing for LTO4 when I try to add the device via the wizard. Any suggestions from you guys?

i'm playing with 6.5.3 and a HP MSL 8096 with 2 LTO-4 drives. don't see anything about LTO either
just configure it as DLT
are you talking about the hcart?
if you are talking about the Drive Type:
you can use what ever you want and make your tapes match.
Most people use hcart3 (if you think about it lto1 was hcart, lot2 was hcart1, lto3 was hcart2, lto4 is hcart3).
if you already use hcart3 for lto3 then use hcart. It is only a tag that has to match between drive type and tape type.
I don't have to know how to spell....I work on Unix.

LTO mapping
There is no HCART4 definition, Symantec tell us to use the HCART1 instead.
I wonder what will happen when LTO5 is available and LTO2 is still in use ....

I guess I assumed that lsto4 would be hcart4, I used hcart3 and everything worked just fine.
