NBU 7 Upgrade failing (W2K3)
Because this is my luck....my update to NBU 7.0 from 6.5.5 is failing with the error that there are still process open. If I run bpps it tells me everything is down except bpcoverage which doesn't shut down.
I have turned off my OpsCenter server and run bpdown on my media just to rule out other issues. I have also rebooted the server just incase something was hung open...still no luck.
I do have a support case opened, but it is a 4 hour response time that I don't really want to have my Master server off line for....

Any suggestions would be great....

process explorer
Try downloading process explorer from Microsoft. It should be able to tell you what process keep the files open. Else I would as always blame anti virus software ....

Update:
Is Symantec PBX service stopped as well, some of the DLL look like PBX ?. Use the kill command from the Window Recource kit to kill bpcoverage.

PBX service is stopped as well, and we are currently using Procexp...but with out luck. The other option is to run tasklist /m dll_name...but even this doesn't see the dll that is supposed to be in use.
Oh, I also tried the silent install with the same result.....
